skara: greek meaning flame broiled.

After over 35 years in the restaurant business, Jim and Helen Gotsoulias along with their three sons, Taso, Niko, and Tom decided to embark on a new venture - skara.

The doors to skara opened in November 2005 to offer Regina a new dining experience featuring authentic mediterranean cuisine, steak made from AAA Angus beef, and pizza to die for!

Menus

We have a wide variety of menu selections for lunch and dinner. Our specialty is Mediteranean cuisine, and we do it very well. Our menus are being updated, but check back soon and we'll have a full list available to view online or to print.

By the way... we also make (what our customers say) is the Best Pizza in Town!!!

Let skara cater to your next family gathering or corporate get together. We can accomodate parties up to 50 people in our private banquet room.
